Retail inflation eases to 7.04% in May from 7.79% in April

Retail inflation eased to 7.04 per cent in Could, primarily on account of softening meals costs, although it remained above the RBI’s higher tolerance stage for the fifth consecutive month, authorities information confirmed on Monday
