I often interview and rent Google candidates and I hear lots about how slowly and inefficiently Google strikes, once I first rent them they’re shocked on the effectivity of any non-Google tech firm at delivering and constructing merchandise. With 150,000 staff, Google is an especially inefficient tech group particularly when you think about that they are not likely delivery any vital new merchandise/income streams.
This is not a capitalist exploitation story, it is a bloated forms that could be very ripe for disruption.
