Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) on Friday stated its complete automotive wholesales elevated by 19 per cent to 70,350 items in August.
The corporate’s complete dispatches to sellers stood at 59,049 items in August 2022.
The Mumbai-based auto main’s passenger car gross sales within the home market rose by 25 per cent to 37,270 items final month as towards 29,852 items in April final 12 months, the auto main stated in a press release.
“We clocked our highest-ever SUV home gross sales of 37,270 (items) in a month with a progress of 26 per cent…Whereas demand for our key SUV manufacturers proceed to be robust, we’re protecting an in depth watch on the supply of semiconductors and choose components, for sustained and clean scale up,” M&M President, Automotive Division Veejay Nakra stated.
The corporate reported a 17 per cent year-on-year decline in exports at 2,423 items in August.
