Lubrizol, a worldwide chief in specialty chemical substances, and Aditya Birla flagship Grasim Industries have performed ground-breaking for the primary part of a 100,000-tonne CPVC resin plant at Vilayat in Gujarat.

Lubrizol can be doubling to 140,000 tonnes its present CPVC compound manufacturing capability at Dahej in Gujarat.
