(Reuters) – The Russian subsidiary of Alphabet’s Google (NASDAQ:) has submitted a declaration of chapter, Interfax reported on Friday, citing court docket on-line filings.
The subsidiary introduced plans to file for chapter in Could after authorities seized its checking account, making it unattainable to pay workers and distributors.
