Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE) has introduced the acquisition of Israeli ultra-high-speed chipmaker Banias Labs for $240 million. Primarily based in Hod Hasharon, Banias Labs develops optical Digital Sign Processing (DSP) chips for information facilities.
