Ajit Mohan, the top of Meta Platforms Inc. in India, has give up. He’s mentioned to affix Snap Inc.

TechCrunch reported on Thursday that he’ll be part of Snap. At Snap, he’ll function president of the corporate’s Asia-Pacific enterprise, the report mentioned.
Mohan had joined Meta, then Fb Inc., in January 2019 as vp and managing director of the India enterprise. Throughout his tenure, Fb invested $5.7-billion in Mukesh Ambani’s Jio Platforms in April 2020 and launched WhatsApp Enterprise in India.
His exit from Meta in India comes almost two years after Ankhi Das, head of public coverage for Fb India, give up over a hate-speech controversy.
