BERLIN (Reuters) – Commerzbank (ETR:) can pay workers an inflation compensation bonus of as much as 2000 euros ($1,985) in December, Handelsblatt reported on Friday, citing an inside memo it had seen, with these on decrease salaries set to profit essentially the most.
Personnel chief Sabine Schmittroth mentioned within the memo that workers, for instance in name centres, who weren’t coated by collective bargaining agreements would get 2000 euros, trainees 1,000 euros, and folks in non-union positions or overseas solely 500 euros. High managers would get nothing.
