State Financial institution of India (SBI) has appointed 4 administrators on the central board of the financial institution. In accordance with the disclosure beneath Regulation 30 (4) of the SEBI (Itemizing Obligations and Disclosure Necessities) Rules, 2015, SBI has reappointed Ketan Shivji Vikamsey and Mrugank Madhukar Paranjape to its board and has added Rajesh Kumar Dubey and Dharmendra Singh Shekhawat as administrators.
