Apple is being sued for £1bn (£785m) by UK app builders over its App Retailer charges.
Professor Sean Ennis, from the College of East Anglia Centre for Competitors Coverage, is bringing the category motion lawsuit on behalf of 1,566 app creators due to the tech large’s “extreme” costs.
