United Nations Secretary-Common Antonio Guterres made a last-minute plea on Wednesday to Russian President Vladimir Putin to cease the struggle ‘within the title of humanity’, after the Russian chief introduced a army operation in jap Ukraine.
“President Putin, within the title of humanity, deliver your troops again to Russia,” Guterres stated, talking after an emergency assembly of the Safety Council on Ukraine.
The results of a struggle can be devastating for Ukraine and far-reaching for the worldwide economic system, he added.
