Pritesh Gadhia, managing director at Accenture Tune UK and Eire, shares his career-defining lightbulb second with CNBC’s “My Greatest Classes.”

It may be exhausting to ask for assist at work. For some, it could actually come together with emotions of disgrace, guilt or failure. 

“It usually takes numerous braveness to ask for assist,” stated Pritesh Gadhia, managing director at Accenture Tune UK and Eire. “No person ever will get fired for asking for assist. In actual fact, I see asking for assistance is an actual energy and never a weak point.”

Gadhia admitted to CNBC “Make It” that asking for assist was one thing he struggled with early in his profession. 

“I used to be actually struggling in a high-pressure setting, attempting to work out probably the most optimum crew construction to ship a really troublesome program,” Gadhia recalled. 

He in the end discovered the braveness to ask for assist and bought nice recommendation he thought-about “gold mud.”
