Billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) will declare its March quarter earnings on April 21, the conglomerate mentioned in a inventory trade submitting on Friday.

“We want to inform you {that a} assembly of the board of administrators of the corporate is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, inter alia, to contemplate and approve the standalone and consolidated audited monetary outcomes of the corporate for the quarter/12 months ended March 31, 2023,” Reliance Industries mentioned in a BSE submitting.

On Thursday, RIL’s scrip on BSE closed 0.4 larger at Rs 2,355.65. Nonetheless, on a year-to-date foundation, the inventory has declined 8.5%, whereas it has surged over 5% within the final one month.

Reliance Industries Ltd reported a 15 per cent drop in its web revenue at Rs 15,792 crore for the third quarter, in line with an organization’s inventory trade submitting. The decline in Revenue After Tax (PAT) was on account of 16 per cent leap in its overal bills which had been reported at Rs 2,00,733 crore for the reporting quarter as towards Rs 1,73,060 incurred within the year-ago interval.
