The Higher Noida Industrial Improvement Authority (GNIDA) has authorised a price range of Rs 4,378 crore for the monetary yr 2023-24. This was authorised within the board assembly held on Friday underneath the chairmanship of Industrial Improvement Commissioner and Noida-Higher Noida Authority Chairman Manoj Kumar Singh.

Reportedly, out of the overall, the authority has allotted Rs 450 crore for the upcoming Noida Worldwide Airport in Jewar.

On this price range, most emphasis has been given to the land acquisition, growth of infrastructure and growth works together with mortgage reimbursement.

New allocation charges for belongings have been mounted for the monetary yr 2023-24. A rise of 4.42% within the charges of commercial, IT park, and knowledge heart plots and as much as 15% within the current charges of residential, industrial, builder and institutional plots was authorised.

For the wage and upkeep work of the workers of Gautam Buddha College, authority authorised a cost of Rs 10 crore to Gautam Buddha College.

Final yr, a price range of Rs 5103 crore was authorised, however because of the epidemic, solely Rs 1440 crore might be spent.
