Endeavour (OTCQX:EDVMF) reportedly was contemplating a possible money and inventory deal for Kinross (KGC), and held talks with potential companions about teaming up on a bid.
Discussions between Endeavour (OTCQX:EDVMF) and Kinross (KGC) didn’t advance past the preliminary stage because of variations over valuation and different points, in response to the report, which additionally mentioned it’s not clear whether or not the talks may revive at a later date.
