A ragpicker discovered a bag with 23 bundles of US {dollars} price $3 million in a pile of rubbish close to the Nagawara railway station in Bengaluru. Saleman SK, a local of West Bengal’s Nadia district who works as a rubbish collector, discovered the bundles final Friday, in line with The Indian Specific. He reportedly informed the police that he discovered 23 bundles of US {dollars} however there was a stench of some chemical and he felt sick.

On Sunday, Saleman approached social activist R Kaleemullah, who knowledgeable metropolis police commissioner B Dayananda. The activist informed IE that the package deal contained a word on a United Nations letterhead. 

The police seized all 23 bundles and despatched them to the Reserve Financial institution of India (RBI) to find out whether or not they have been faux or actual. The cop additionally suspected that the foreign money notes might need been a part of the ‘black greenback rip-off’.

We suspect Africans concerned on this racket in Bengaluru.”

In the meantime, The New Indian Specific as we speak reported that ragpicker was kidnapped by some miscreants late Tuesday, who demanded that he give them cash. The ragpicker then alerted Kaleemullah who stated that the accused had allegedly searched the Saleman’s home for the cash. 

However after they did not discover the cash, Kaleemullah stated, they blindfolded and kidnapped him to an unknown house. “After checking his cellphone, the accused freed Bappa close to Manyata Tech Park round 9:30 AM on Wednesday,” Kaleemullah was quoted as saying by TNIE.
