ASKO Holding to purchase 97% of the common shares of Buhler Industries (TSX:BUI:CA)

Buhler Industries (TSX:BUI:CA) mentioned on Wednesday that Başak Traktör had agreed to accumulate 97% of its widespread shares for C$60.5M in money.
Başak Traktör to buy all of the widespread shares of Buhler Industries owned by Mix Manufacturing unit Rostselmash.
In keeping with Buhler Industries, Başak Traktör is a unit of ASKO Holding.
