Ami Organics Ltd has signed a non-binding MoU with a world producer of electrolytes for manufacturing of battery cells and allied supplies in Gujarat.

In response to a regulatory submitting, the corporate may even signal an MoU with the Gujarat authorities on the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024 for ₹300-crore funding to arrange a producing facility for electrolytes within the State.

Naresh Patel, Govt Chairman and Managing Director, Ami Organics Restricted, mentioned, “It provides me immense satisfaction to announce this landmark MoU, first for Ami Organics with a world producer of electrolytes. We’re privileged to construct a long-term affiliation as we collaborate with an illustrious title within the trade.”

Ami Organics inventory rose by 7.95 per cent on the NSE, closed at ₹1,170 as of three.30 pm on Thursday.
