David Sacks says AI preemption will not apply to state legal guidelines on baby security, communities will not be pressured to host information facilities they do not need, and extra  —  ONE RULEBOOK FOR AI I needed to share a couple of ideas on AI preemption and handle a number of the issues.  First, this isn’t an “AI amnesty” or “AI moratorium.”
