Regulation corporations representing Google and Apple have warned that workers who want a visa stamp to re-enter the USA ought to keep away from leaving the nation as a consequence of longer-than-usual visa processing occasions, based on Enterprise Insider.

BI says it has seen memos from BAL Immigration Regulation (which represents Google) and Fragomen (which represents Apple). 

“Given the latest updates and the potential of unpredictable, prolonged delays when returning to the U.S., we strongly advocate that workers and not using a legitimate H-1B visa stamp keep away from worldwide journey for now,” the Fragomen memo reportedly mentioned.

A State Division spokesperson informed BI that embassies are “now prioritizing completely vetting every visa case above all else.”
