Embassy Office Parks REIT has completed the divestment of around 3.76 lakh square feet across two strata-owned blocks at Embassy Manyata Business Park in Bengaluru for ₹530 crore to EAAA Alternatives’ Rental Yield Plus fund.

Embassy Workplace Parks REIT has closed the divestment of roughly 3,76,000 sq. toes throughout two strata-owned blocks at Embassy Manyata Enterprise Park in Bengaluru for a complete consideration of ₹530 crore to EAAA Alternate options’ first business actual property fund – Rental Yield Plus.

Amit Shetty, Chief Government Officer, Embassy REIT, mentioned, “We’re happy to conclude this transaction which creates long-term worth for our stakeholders. This divestment aligns with our capital recycling technique and enhances portfolio effectivity.”

EAAA Alternate options is another asset supervisor in India, with property underneath administration (AUM) exceeding ₹65,000 crore. EAAA focuses on Actual Property and Personal Credit score enterprise methods. The Actual Property enterprise, with AUM of greater than ₹22,000 crore, invests throughout infrastructure, power, and business actual property. The personal credit score enterprise, with an AUM of greater than ₹45,500 crore, affords customised credit score options to giant corporates, via performing personal credit score and particular conditions funds.

Embassy REIT owns and operates a 51.2 million-square-foot portfolio of 10 infrastructure-like workplace parks and 4 city-centre workplace buildings throughout Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, the Nationwide Capital Area, and Chennai.

Embassy Manyata Enterprise Park, unfold throughout 122 acres, is among the largest enterprise parks within the nation and the second largest in India, positioned in North Bengaluru on the Outer Ring Highway.
