Okay. Thanks a lot for becoming a member of us immediately. My title is John Kim with BMO Capital Markets. It’s my pleasure to be internet hosting this panel presentation with Essex Property Belief, one of many preeminent multifamily house owners.

Nice. Thanks, John, and welcome, everybody, to the Essex presentation. Only a high-level overview. Essex is an S&P 500 firm and the one public firm devoted to the West Coast geography. Now we have our market cap, which is about $25 billion. We personal someplace round 258 items — house buildings, slightly over 63,000 items throughout our footprint. And we have now generated a 32 years of consecutive dividend progress, incomes us the Dividend Aristocrat standing. So we’re fairly happy with that.
