The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 45.75 lakh equity shares, aggregating to Rs 86.93 crore at the lower end and Rs 91.50 crore at the upper end of the price band.

Precedence Jewels Ltd is gearing as much as launch its Preliminary Public Providing (IPO) on August 28, with a worth band of Rs 190-200 per share.

The three-day public problem will shut on September 1, whereas bidding by anchor buyers will happen on August 27, in response to an announcement by the corporate.

The IPO contains a recent problem of as much as 45.75 lakh fairness shares, aggregating to Rs 86.93 crore on the decrease finish and Rs 91.50 crore on the higher finish of the value band.

On the higher worth band, the post-issue implied market capitalisation of the corporate is estimated at round Rs 360 crore.

Proceeds from the general public problem might be used for debt fee and basic company functions.

Included in 2007, Precedence Jewels is concerned within the designing, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of light-weight, diamond-studded gold and platinum jewelry.

Certified institutional consumers (QIBs) have been allotted 50 per cent of the supply, whereas 15 per cent has been reserved for Non-Institutional Buyers (NIIs) and 35 per cent for retail buyers.

The shares are proposed to be listed on each BSE and NSE on September 4.

Mefcom Capital Markets is the book-running lead supervisor to the problem, whereas MUFG Intime India is the registrar.
