Astrosia’s Salesplix brings sales software, a managed calling team, lead generation and AI voice agents into one platform, with outbound and sales intelligence planned next.

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – Most sales software records what happened. Astrosia Technologies LLP wants its new platform to decide what happens next. The company today launched Salesplix, which brings ads, forms, calls, WhatsApp, email and outreach into one workspace and tells each rep which lead to act on, and how.

The problem it targets is familiar to most Indian sales teams. Enquiries arrive from several channels, replies depend on whoever is free, and follow-ups live in memory or on personal phones. Salesplix replaces that with a single lead record that carries an owner, a stage, the full conversation and a next step. According to Astrosia, more than 100 sales representatives already use it across real estate, healthcare, patent and intellectual property services, and IT.

“Most businesses we meet don’t have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem,” said Debarun Acharya, Co-Founder of Astrosia Technologies LLP. “We built Salesplix to give each enquiry a clear owner and next step. For clients that need additional capacity, our team can handle the calling and follow-up as well.”

Speed, then persistence

The platform is built around two habits that decide whether a lead converts: answering first and not giving up. Salesplix sends a first message within 30 seconds of a lead landing. If nobody replies, an automation studio sends the next message, call or email on its own, including after office hours. Teams build these sequences from waits, branches, stage conditions and AI replies drawn from a company’s own knowledge base.

Leads arrive from Google, Meta, Click-to-WhatsApp, LinkedIn, website forms, SMS, email and inbound calls, and all of them land as the same kind of record. A missed call is not lost: it sits in its own pipeline stage until someone tries again. When a lead rings back, the caller ID screen shows who they are, what stage they are at and what they last asked about, so the rep starts the conversation already informed.

Calling that writes its own notes

Reps dial from the lead card, or work through an auto-dialer queue that puts the next number on their phone. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised by AI, and the outcome and next step are written back to the lead record before the next call begins. For managers, that changes coaching from sampling a few recordings to reading a whole day of calls. The platform also flags slow replies and skipped follow-ups, so a team can see what to fix without chasing it by hand.

Messaging runs on the company’s own WhatsApp Business number rather than a salesperson’s phone. Astrosia, a Meta Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform, says this keeps conversation histories with the business when staff change. A mobile app serves mobile users, and an API, webhooks and MCP connections let companies plug Salesplix into systems and AI agents they already use.

For teams that need more hands

For businesses that lack the people to chase every lead, Salesplix offers managed sales. Its own staff contact and qualify leads, book meetings and site visits, and log everything in the client’s account. Engagements begin with an audit of the client’s sales process, followed by calling, weekly reporting and a formal review at 90 days. Astrosia also runs lead generation through advertising campaigns and targeted prospect lists, and re-engages earlier enquiries a business has already paid to acquire.

“Our clients want to understand how many prospects were contacted, how many meetings took place and what happened next,” Acharya said. “Bringing the software and the sales activity into the same record makes that easier to see and manage.”

Voice agents for the calls nobody can take

A missed call is one of the easiest places for an enquiry to disappear. Voiceplix, Astrosia’s AI voice-agent platform, answers calls on a number the client owns, retries when nobody picks up and writes the outcome onto the same lead. One healthcare provider running Salesplix across several enquiry desks, in Hindi and English, uses Voiceplix agents to call back patients who miss calls. Voiceplix is in beta and priced per business.

What comes next

Astrosia says Salesplix is meant to grow from a workspace into what Acharya calls a sales unity platform. Outbound, lead intelligence and sales intelligence are planned as the next layers, all working from the same record.

“Salesplix began as the place where every conversation lands,” Acharya said. “The next step is a platform where outbound, lead intelligence and sales intelligence all work from that same record, so a team is never guessing who to call or what to say.”

Early adopters

Salesplix is in daily use across real estate, healthcare, IP services and technology, in setups that range from software-only deployments to fully managed sales desks.

A real estate firm uses it to bring advertising and website enquiries into one shared record, separate buyer enquiries from property-listing enquiries and coordinate site visits from the same account. A healthcare provider runs it across multiple enquiry desks, with WhatsApp conversations handled in Hindi and English.

On the managed side, a patent and IP services firm had Salesplix’s team handle its filing enquiries from May to August 2026, assessing what each prospective client needed and booking consultations. A technology company began using the managed service in September 2026 for B2B outreach, meeting scheduling and proposal follow-up. Salesplix is onboarding further managed sales pilots with technology companies this quarter, and serves customers outside India through a dedicated US phone line and USD pricing.

Users describe the effect in plain terms. “We stopped hunting chats at 9pm. If it’s a lead, it’s in the workspace,” said a sales lead at a real estate firm using the platform.

Pricing and availability

Salesplix is available now at salesplix.com. Software plans start at ₹2,499 per month for Engage, with Automate at ₹2,999 and the full 360 plan at ₹4,999, each including unlimited users. Enterprise deployments scale to ₹2.5 lakh or more per month, depending on the business.

Managed Sales is quoted to each client’s needs on a 90-day engagement, and Voiceplix voice agents, currently in beta, are quoted separately. Indian prices exclude GST.
